    The vines, grown on steep and terraced terrain, overlook the sea and benefit from a particularly favorable microclimate, which gives the wine a unique finesse.
    Rossese di Dolceacqua is ruby ​​red in colour, elegant on the nose, with hints of red fruits, floral notes and a light spiciness reminiscent of aromatic herbs, typical of the Mediterranean scrub.

    In the mouth it is soft, almost silky, with a pleasantly almondy, savoury and mineral finish.

  • Rossese di Dolceacqua Luvaira is certainly the most representative expression of the territory, one of the best known and most appreciated crus.
    It comes from a specific area of ​​the territory, located in the municipality of San Biagio della Cima, the heart of the production zone.
    It is produced with grapes from a century-old vineyard cultivated on steep terrain and well exposed to the sun. The combination of microclimate, proximity to the sea and soil rich in minerals contribute to creating a very fine, elegant and harmonious wine.
    It has a ruby ​​red colour, a complex nose with notes of ripe red fruit enriched by hints of aromatic herbs.
    It has good acidity and freshness, with soft tannins and a fruity aftertaste, with a good mineral note.
    It is produced in limited quantities, and only in the best years.

  • Pigato has ancient roots and is produced exclusively in Western Liguria from grapes of the homonymous vine, grown on very sunny and well-ventilated soils. The combination of a mild climate, the proximity to the sea and the particular characteristics of the soil give this wine a unique freshness and minerality.
    It has a straw yellow colour with golden reflections.
    On the nose, hints of acacia flowers, aromatic herbs and pulpy fruit
    white, like peach and apple, accompanied by mineral notes, which make it fresh and complex.
    In the mouth it is dry, full-bodied and well-balanced.

  • Vermentino, known for its freshness and minerality, is a wine that perfectly expresses the territory in which it is grown.
    It has a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections.
    It has aromas of fresh fruit, citrus, green apple, delicate floral notes.
    In the mouth it is dry, with good acidity.
    It is medium structured and slightly savoury, with good freshness.

  • Flavia Anno uno is a harmonious blend of Pigato and Vermentino. On the nose, it opens with hints of honey, which intertwine with notes of white flowers. The freshness and balance of the Pigato combine with the structure and complexity of the Vermentino, creating a wine that is both elegant and vigorous. The palate is fresh and balanced, with a persistent and pleasant finish.

  • Grappa di Rossese di Dolceacqua is a high quality distillate, produced with the selected pomace of our wine production. The aroma is intense and recalls red fruits, the palate is soft and velvety.
    Perfect as a digestive or to be enjoyed on its own.
